IMAGEEN IN THE CLASSROOM
At IMAGEEN we bring history to the classroom and to the streets, with activities designed specifically for educational centers. We offer interactive sessions with virtual reality glasses in the school itself, where students can travel back in time and live in first person stages such as Prehistory, the Roman Empire, the Middle Ages, the Modern Age and the Contemporary Age.
We also organize cultural excursions where students participate in our guided tours with immersive technology. An innovative, fun and rigorous way to learn History. The activities are adapted to each educational level and the price varies according to the number of participants.
An immersive experience that will make your students experience history like never before. Learning by traveling back in time is possible!
Our classroom activities combine technology and outreach so that students learn history in an immersive and participatory way. Before starting the session, the chosen dynamics will be explained to the students, adapted to the educational level of each group.
1. Encounter with historical characters: Our guides, characterized as Roman soldiers, medieval knights or kings, introduce the activity in a theatrical and immersive way, capturing the students' attention from the first minute.
2. Discovering IMAGEEN: A participatory dynamic where students learn how IMAGEEN works, the role of historians, designers and technicians who make possible the trips to the past, and how virtual recreations are built.
3. Historical Trivia: At the end of the session, students participate in a team trivia game with questions related to the historical content displayed. Correct answers score points and reinforce learning.
4. Historical debate: In the upper grades, we propose dynamic debates on the topics covered in the videos, encouraging critical thinking, argumentation and historical reflection in groups.
Is this your first time using virtual reality glasses? Don't worry, as you will be supported at all times by a guide who will teach you how to use the devices.
I wear glasses, can I wear them while watching the videos? In general, we recommend that you come to the activity with contact lenses to make it more comfortable. However, if the frame is not too big and they fit inside the VR glasses, you can wear both at the same time.
What size group is recommended? The experience is ideal for groups of up to 20 people.
Is the route comfortable and accessible for people with reduced mobility? The route is accessible for people with reduced mobility, including transport such as wheelchairs or electric scooters.
