Imageen presents a new immersive experience that will take us back in time to see how the Segovia Aqueduct was built, one of the wonders of Roman art in Spain, a symbol of the city and its history.
It still surprises us that this magnificent work has lasted among us for almost 2000 years.
It was built in 112 AD, during the reigns of the emperors Trajan and Hadrian, the full splendor of the Roman Empire.
To erect this jewel of Roman engineering, some 20,400 ashlars will be masterfully placed.
The main motive was to bring water to the upper part of the city, but also to show the power of Rome.
This incredible experience will allow us to understand the route of the water, to supply the city, but it will also allow us to contemplate the city of Segovia and its surroundings from impressive perspectives.
Can I make a reservation for a group on a specific day and time? For any other day of the week and group reservations, please contact us by e-mail or phone.
Is this your first time using virtual reality glasses? Don't worry, as you will be supported at all times by a guide who will teach you how to use the devices.
I wear glasses, can I wear them while watching the videos? In general, we recommend that you come to the activity with contact lenses to make it more comfortable. However, if the frame is not too big and they fit inside the VR glasses, you can wear both at the same time.

How can I cancel or change the date of my reservation? To cancel your reservation, write to the reservation email and the IMAGEEN team will contact you: pedrolopez@imageen.net.
What happens if IMAGEEN cancels the tour? If, due to circumstances beyond our control, IMAGEEN cancels the tour for which you have reserved spots, you will be offered the option to reschedule your reservation for another date. Tours that do not reach a minimum number of participants may be canceled at least 24 hours in advance via email; please keep an eye out for our notifications. If the tour cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be issued.
What happens if the weather conditions are adverse? If weather conditions prevent the visit, IMAGEEN will contact you through the contact channels indicated in the reservation to inform you of the cancellation of the tour. You will be offered the possibility of a full refund or a change of date for the tour.
