With your gift card for one of our Imageen Tours you can have access to one of our tours by redeeming your code, easy and uncomplicated. Once you have purchased your gift card, you will receive an email with your code, you just have to select the corresponding route and enter this code when you make your reservation choosing the day, time and language that suits you best, you can add more visitors if you wish (paying visitors not included in the gift card) and you will be ready to dive into the story. How can I get my gift card? In the gray box on the top right hand side of this web page, you must select the desired route and the number of visitors you want to include in the gift card. Once you have chosen, click on "buy" and you will be taken to a form where you must fill in the information with your details (name, surname, email and telephone number) and accept the conditions of the purchase. Once completed, you will click on "proceed to payment" which will take you to our payment gateway, where you will be able to make the purchase. Our system will confirm the payment and automatically, you will receive the confirmation of the purchase and your gift card code so you can redeem it for the Imageen route. 

Where will my gift card arrive? Your gift card will be sent to the email address you provided when making the purchase, you will receive both the payment confirmation and the gift card code that you can redeem in the link that appears in the email. 

How long do I have to use the code? You have up to a total of 6 months to redeem your gift card, however, there is no inconvenience in making the reservation for a period longer than 6 months, as long as the reservation has been made within the stipulated time of 6 months. 

What can I do if I haven't received the gift card code in my email? If you have not received the gift card code by email or the purchase confirmation, we recommend that you check your junk or SPAM folder. If it does not appear there either, please contact us through the support icon or at reservas@imageen.net. If you have deleted the confirmation email by mistake, please contact us through the email with your details so we can send it to you again.

Can I include guests on the same tour who do not have the gift card discount? Of course! You can add more visitors if you wish, but you will have to pay the amount of the members who are not included in the gift card once you go to make the reservation on the selected tour. 

How can I redeem my gift card? You will have to open the link in the email received or enter our website and look for the corresponding experience, once there, in the calendar you will select the day you want to make the visit, we recommend that you look ahead of time because our places fly! Once you select the desired day, you must choose the language, the schedule and the number of people you will be on the route, (remember that you can add more visitors if you wish, but paying the amount of the members that are not included in the gift card). Once selected, click on book and it will take you to a space where you must fill in your details, once filled in, in the purchase summary section you will enter the code of your gift card that was sent to you by mail at the time, from there, once accepted the conditions of purchase, click on proceed to payment to finish confirming your reservation and once payment is made, only if there are more visitors than those included in the gift card, you have already made your reservation for the Imageen route!

The Imageen experience is ideal for the youngest members of the family to learn about history in a different and more attractive way thanks to virtual reality. Although we always recommend that it is for children over 6 years old so that they can comfortably enjoy the experience. On the other hand, minors must always be accompanied by an adult.

How many people can sign up? The experiences are ideal for groups of up to 20 people, come as a family, with your business partners or organize a different kind of bachelor party!

What happens if IMAGEEN cancels the chosen route? In the event that, due to force majeure, IMAGEEN cancels the route for which you have reserved seats, you will be offered the possibility of rescheduling the reservation for another date. If it is not possible to reschedule, the money will be refunded.

What happens if the weather conditions are adverse? If weather conditions prevent the visit, IMAGEEN will contact you through the contact channels indicated in the reservation to inform you of the cancellation of the tour. You will be offered the possibility of a full refund or a change of date for the tour.

With Imageen, for the first time, we will walk around Madrid touring the most interesting places in the city. We will be able to live through virtual reality as they were in the past. Enjoy this four-stage tour in which you will be accompanied by an expert guide to discover all the curiosities and stories of the capital.

1. We will meet at number 43, Calle Mayor.

2. We will start the experience in the Plaza de Oriente. Among the Gothic and Christian kings, we will discover how the capital of Spain has grown from a very special perspective: a bird's eye view.

3. We will walk to the Royal Palace, the largest in Western Europe. In front of it, we will also be able to enjoy the dazzling Almudena Cathedral. Philip V himself will explain the origin of Madrid as a city, how it was in the Muslim era and how he finally decided to build this magnificent palace. On the way to our next stop of the tour, we will discover small curiosities of the history of Madrid from the best guides. Have you ever seen the remains of the old Almudena? What happened at the wedding of Alfonso XIII and Victoria Eugenia? Do you already know the sculptures that crown the rooftops of Madrid?

4. We will continue our tour through the Plaza de la Villa, one of the most charming spaces of the Madrid de los Austrias which, for many years, was the seat of the Madrid City Hall.

5. The iconic Plaza Mayor is the next place whose origin we can learn about thanks to Imageen's journey into the past. Discover its great transformation stage by stage, from its beginnings as a duck pond to the example of Herrerian architecture typical of Madrid that it is today.

6. At the Puerta del Sol, Manuela Malasaña will explain how she fought with her own hands against the French invasion on the famous May 2, 1808.
