How many people can sign up? The experience is ideal for groups of up to 25 people, come as a family, with your business partners or organize a different kind of bachelor party!
What can I do if I have not received the confirmation of the reservation to my email? We recommend that your first step is to check your SPAM or junk mail folder. If you have not received any confirmation, please contact us at reservas@imageen.net with your details so that we can solve the error. If you have deleted the confirmation email by mistake, you can contact us at reservas@imageen.net with your details so that we can send it again.
How can I cancel or change the date of my reservation? To cancel your reservation, write to the reservation email and the IMAGEEN team will contact you: reservas@imageen.net.
What happens if IMAGEEN cancels the tour? In the event that, due to force majeure, IMAGEEN cancels the tour for which you have reserved a place, you will be offered the possibility of rescheduling the reservation for another date. If it is not possible to reschedule, the money will be refunded.
What happens if the weather conditions are adverse? If weather conditions prevent the visit, IMAGEEN will contact you through the contact channels indicated in the reservation to inform you of the cancellation of the tour. You will be offered the possibility of a full refund or a change of date for the tour.
