I wear glasses, can I wear them while watching the videos? In general, we recommend that you come to the activity with contact lenses to make it more comfortable. However, if the frame is not too big and they fit inside the VR glasses, you can wear both at the same time.
What size group is recommended? The experience is ideal for groups of the size you need, divided into a maximum of up to 20 people per guide if it is an excursion outside the senior center or residence. If the activity is done in a center, you can choose to divide the general group into larger groups than in the excursion in Madrid.
If I opt for the excursion, is the route comfortable and accessible for people with reduced mobility? The route is accessible for people with reduced mobility, including transport such as wheelchairs or electric scooters. The route has a distance of about 2 kilometers, mostly flat.
